Who We Are
Legacy Dreams 2 Reality Youth Empowerment Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of youth and uplifting the Black community. We are committed to combating systemic racism and dismantling the barriers that limit the growth and opportunities of Black youth.
We provide resources and connect young people to opportunities that support long-term personal, educational, and economic growth. Our work focuses on education, crisis response and conflict mediation, skills development, economic empowerment, mental and physical well- being, and community development.
Through our programs, we support youth in becoming gainfully employed, mentally resilient, and equipped with the skills needed to thrive and contribute positively to their communities. At the core of our mission is a commitment to uplifting the Black community, expanding economic opportunities, and removing systemic barriers that hinder youth progress.

Our Philosophy
Make Karma your best friend. Energy is the currency of the universe. At Dreams 2 Reality Youth Empowerment, we believe that when we intentionally invest our energy into dismantling systemic racial barriers, restoring dignity, and uplifting Black youth and families who have been denied access to opportunity, safety, and belonging, that energy returns as resilience, growth, and futures transformed from survival into possibility.
